From a quick look I found that:
- Studio Mir is South Korean.
- Director/creator are English (American, I think).
- Wikipedia reports the original language as English, which I'm willing to believe, given the mostly US and Korean creators involved.
- The main Japanese contribution seems to be original creation of Devil May Cry, and a voice cast for dubbing, and a few executive producers, but I don't see other creator credits.
- Theme song seems to be from English band.
