Purpose
Suggestions for usability improvements of the AniDB web interface.
Grouping pages together with tabs
The idea is to group similar pages together using tabs, allowing a smoother experience and bringing obscure features from the dark corners they lurk in.
Example of some groupings:
- My Votes and Quickvote
- My DB Entries, My CREQs and My History
- My Recommendations and My Buddies
- My List, Anime Hint and Java applet
Pros
- Makes some otherwise obscure features accessible in an easy way
Cons
- Disables the possibility of utilizing tabs in other ways on those pages. Such as My Wishlist currently does.
