Tags are per user based categories/grouping options.
Currently not fully implemented.
You can:
- add tags to an anime
- vote up or down for a tag
- list animes with the same tags
You cannot yet:
- search for tags
- search for tags you haven't vote for
- sort tags
- request edit/delete for tags
- blacklist tags
