IRC/CGI Stats are broken/out of date?

Sometimes when i use one of the stats commands in IRC
(i.e. !stats, !mystats, !top, ...) or the stats page of the AniDB
CGI it displays no or too low values.
Or it displays the old values after i just added lots of new files!

• The AniDB statistics are only updated 3 times per week.
  

So it can take up to 3 days for your changes to appear in the stats.

• If you use the IRC stats commands while the stats update is in progress, you might see no or to low values.
