The information on this page needs to be updated to reflect the current status of AniDB.

If you have a list of ed2k links, they can be added to your anime list or be identified in a batch operation.

Make sure that you're logged in and then select ed2kdump from the menu on the left. Copy the text links into the text box and press either the "ADD" or "IDENTIFY" submit button.

If you are adding to your list, you may specify watched status, file state, source, storage and a comment to be applied or attached to all files in the operation.

Text other than ed2k links is ignored, so you can copy the source of HTML pages which contain ed2k links in the href attribute of <a> elements, or the like.

On the next page it shows a list of all the files whose ed2k links with fid (which acts as a link into the database), CRC status, an automatically generated AniDB filename and the current or resulting state of the file in your anime list, or just the ed2k link provided if it was not found in the database.

If one or more files were not found, you should consider adding your files to AniDB (unless you have personally corrupted the files).
