Insert requested CatWeight background colour.

Syntax

The template can only have 1 parameter:

1. {{CatWcolBackground|<colour>}} - Name of required colour.

<colour>  =  yellow
             onoffSec
             onoffSecOne
             onoff        ->   FFFFEF 

             red
             worstcaseSec
             worstcase    ->   FFEFEF 

             green
             amountSec
             amount       ->   EFFFEF 

             blue         ->   EFEFFF 

             grey         ->   F9F9F9 

             purple 
             misc    
            (default)     ->   FAF0FF
