I have noticed that some anime series don't have 'Anime Achievements'. So I wanted to know why anime series such as Bleach, Fairy Tail, Cat's Eye, You're Under Arrest!, Cobra(Space Adventure Cobra, Cobra The animation etc..) don't have 'Anime Achievements'.
