Sexual Orientation

Sexual orientation refers to the sexual gender(s) to which a person is attracted and which form the focus of a person's amorous or erotic desires, fantasies, and spontaneous feelings, in other words the gender(s) toward which one is primarily "oriented".

Likewise the subcategories here reflect what type of sex you can expect from anime with these categories.

Incest

Do you think your Mom's a hot bitch? Or how bout your Sis? We don't wanna know, however, if a character in an anime thinks like that more often than in 1 ep, then you could add a +, if the character does more with his/her family member(s) than wash their back, then it'd probably be best to warn (or tell them the good news) and give it ***. Although we all know that incest in anime is a big lie and they're NEVER blood related... Koi Kaze isn't incest, it's uh... well... ^_^;

Lolicon

Lolicon or Rorikon stands for "Lolita Complex" and indicates that the anime contains very young characters in pornographic situations.

Note:

This is not illegal in the United States (don't know about other countries) as long as the animated characters are not based on real children.

Straight

This is your ordinary run-of-the-mill male/female coupling, also known as "heterosexual".

Yaoi

Yaoi refers to animes that portray gay (male/male) relationships and sex. Do not confuse with the Shounen Ai category under Drama/Romance, which only portrays boy/boy relationships, but generally not anything pornographic. This is real male/male porn.

Yuri

Yuri referse to animes that portray lesbian (female/female) relationships and sex. Do not confuse with the Shoujo Ai category under Drama/Romance, which only portrays girl/girl relationships, but generally not anything pornographic. This is real female/female porn.
