Gambit is one of the very first mods who helped out with AniDB when it opened for the public. After approximately two years he decided he was too busy to be a fulltime AniDB mod and decided to leave. He is still active on several occasions in AniDB, but not as a mod anymore.
What Gambit still does for AniDB
As a retired mod
- gives (no matter if anyone asked for it) advice about AniDB policy.
- is part of most things which involve AniDB with the AnimeReactor Forums.
As a user
What Gambit still does outside AniDB
- manages the group MangaReactor.
- moderates AnimeReactor Forums.
- initiated the ARC Awards since 2003 and is still part of the Jury.
