Wiki
- write Votes (Mainpage for votes)
- write Profile (Interface Profile)
- write some short aom 0.5 starter guideline
- finish wiki Index
- reorganize the wiki properly
- finish the n00b template
- correct the index:normal template
- update Chii !mylist part
