You will see a list of the recently added files to the database. By clicking on the file-ID on the left, a new page with information regarding that file (codecs used, languages, hashes and more) will be opened. Above this list you will see two additional options, anime and group. Similar to "latest files", they serve to find out which anime and groups were recently added to AniDB.
Please note that only the last 100 entries are shown for any of these lists.

Visible to registered users only

Additional filters (by notification or "lame files") can be set when you're registered. You can click on the icon at the right of the file row to add it to your AniDB list ("MyList").
