If you want to add a bunch of files you already have or just got, you can use this feature to bulk add them. The system will identify the files by their hash and then show you an overview where you can look up which files AniDB knows (and added to your [[mylist]]) and also which files AniDB couldn't add to your list because they're unknown. An explanation on how to add such files to AniDB will be available in another topic.
If you have a list of ed2k-hashes, you can just drop them to the text-field on the webpage. Again, make sure that you're logged in and then select [[ed2kdump]] in the menu on the left.<br>
Just leave the links in any form there, it doesn't matter if they're surrounded by "&lt;a href=..." or any other text. Then select if "watched" or "unwatched" and hit "ADD".<br>
 
On the next page it shows a list of all the ed2k-links you gave and whether it was added to your [[mylist]] or not. If all files were added, then you're done.<br>
If one or more files were not found, you should consider adding your files to the anidb (given you don't have a corrupted version!).
