The MyDbEntries page lists all the things you've added to the database in different categories:

Anime
For every anime that you have added, this section will contain an entry describing their aid (anime id), title, date when you added it, and if it has any lameness.
Episodes
For every episode that you have added, this section will contain an entry describing their eid (episode id), what anime the episode is in, the episode number (including if it is a special or trailer or what-have-you), the episode title, the date you added it, and if it has any lameness.
Files
For every file that you have added, this section will contain an entry describing their fid (file id), what anime and episode the file is in, which group made the file, the date you added it and if it has any lameness.
Groups
For every group that you have added, this section will contain an entry describing their gid (group id), their name, their short name (if applicable), the date you added the entry, and if it has any lameness.
Companies
For every company that you have added, this section will contain an entry describing their pid (producer id), their name, their short name (if applicable), their type (i.e. if they are an actual company or an individual), the date you added the entry, and if it has any lameness.
Animetitles
For every anime title you add to an anime, this section will contain an entry describing the atid (anime title id), the actual title, what type of title it was (i.e. if it was a short title, a synonym, an English title, a kanji title or other), the aid of the anime the title was added to, the date you added it, and if it has any lameness.
Animecategories
For every category you add to an anime, this section will contain an entry describing the agid (anime genre id), the anime it was added to, which category you actually added, with what weight you added the category, the date you added the entry, and if it has any lameness.
Animecompanies
For every company you add to an anime, this section will contain an entry describing the aprid (anime producer id), which anime it was added to, which company that was added, what type of relation the company has with the anime (i.e. if they were e.g. a producer, an animator or something else), the date you added the entry, and if it has any lameness.

At the bottom of every list, you can see the total number of added entries for that type, as well as how many (and how many percent) that were lame.

The lameness indicator describes if there was any information that you left out of the entry when you entered it. This will vary depending on which type of entry it is. For some of the entries the lameness indicator is something you should take a serious look at and try to correct, but for others, it is nonsense or not even used.
