These are the 10 highest rated animes in AniDB as rated by AniDB users. An anime must have a minumum number of votes to be listed on the Top 10. You can get a longer list of the highest rated animes by going to the [[Animelist]] and doing a descending sort on the Rating column, [http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=animelist&orderby=rating&orderdir=1 direct link]. This is maintained by the [[Routine Maintenance]].

The Top 10 used to be listed on the AniDB main page, but due to some serious [[vote stuffing]] issues it was removed. The Top 10 awards are still listed on the pages of the top 10 anime though.
