This page shows the DB Change Requests that you have made. The top portion shows a summary of the number of requests you made and how many of those are open, granted and denied. The Your Open DB Change Requests section lists any pending requests, you can click on them for more details. The Your past DB Change Requests section shows lists that have already been granted or denied, you can click on them for more details. The Clear DB CREQ History will delete Your past DB Change Requests from the system.
