You may ask yourself "Why should I add air dates?" First, obviously, for information purpose and to create complete anime entries. Furthermore, casting a permanent vote on an anime is disallowed until the end date for that anime has been set. If you're sure that an anime has already finished airing (or was released through other means), but it doesn't have an end date set yet, you can try looking up the exact info on the sites below. (See also: How to update or correct existing entries)
